The new play created and written by nine fourth-year students addresses the challenges of finding light in the darkest of times. In 2022, we face ongoing forms of injustice, climate anxiety, sickness, loss and grief. Often, we stop and ask ourselves; what do we have to do to make an impact? Together, how can we find light in a grief that never seems to end?

The new play follows the story of a girl navigating her way through life while events from her past loom over her. It combines different forms of storytelling taking audiences on a coming-of-age journey that shows how finding joy is not always linear.
